Breitling escribe un nuevo capítulo de la historia de su célebre cronógrafo de aviación Navitimer lanzando una reinterpretación del modelo clásico en un diámetro superior, así como una versión de una facilidad de uso revolucionaria para los amantes de los viajes. Dos nuevos relojes de leyenda dotados de mecanismos manufactura de altas prestaciones con certificación cronómetro.

Breitling crea en 1952 un “instrumento de pulsera” especialmente destinado a los pilotos y a los profesionales de la aviación. Dotado de una regla de cálculo circular, el Navitimer permite resolver cualquier operación relacionada con la navegación aérea. Navitimer 46 mm: la leyenda en superlativo

Nuevo tamaño, nueva potencia: el Navitimer clásico se ofrece ahora en un diámetro agrandado de 46 mm, un estilo XL que además de reforzar su presencia en la muñeca y la originalidad de su diseño ofrece una mejor legibilidad. Estas generosas dimensiones hacen resaltar aún más la célebre esfera negra, realizada sobre fondo de plata pura según una técnica muy sofisticada conocida como “épargne”, que garantiza una gran nitidez y un magnífico lustre. El Navitimer 46 mm está igualmente disponible con esfera azul y contadores tono sobre tono. A través de su fondo transparente se puede admirar el Calibre manufactura 01, probablemente el mejor mecanismo de cronógrafo automático del mundo, íntegramente desarrollado y fabricado en los talleres de Breitling Chronométrie y certificado cronómetro por el COSC (Control Oficial Suizo de Cronómetros) –la más alta instancia en materia de precisión y fiabilidad, y la única que se rige por una normativa internacional. Este icono gran formato está disponible con pulsera de acero, cuero o piel de cocodrilo, así como en una serie limitada de 200 ejemplares de oro rojo con esfera negra.

Breitling decidió pensar en grande en la creación de este cronógrafo con el alma de un viajero. La facilidad de uso está garantizada por la Manufactura, el Calibre Breitling B04 , claramente visible a través del fondo de caja transparente y equipado con un sistema de zona horaria dual que cuenta con una funcionalidad inigualable: simplemente tirando de la corona y girando hacia adelante o hacia atrás en incrementos de una hora permite el ajuste instantáneo de la viajar fecha y zona horaria horas - mientras se mantiene una visualización en tiempo en casa en el modo de 24 horas y sin perder precisión en términos de los minutos . La caja de acero de gran formato con su imponente diámetro 48 mm enmarca un cuadro de instrumentos perfectamente legible. Navitimer 46 mm: a larger-than-life take on the legend


New size, new power: the classic Navitimer now appears in a larger 46 mm diameter – an XL look that enhances its presence on the wrist and accentuates the originality of its design while optimizing its readability. These generous dimensions further highlight the famous black dial produced using the “épargne” technique against a pure silver background – a method ensuring excellent readability and stunning radiance. The Navitimer 46 mm is also available with a blue dial featuring tone-on-tone counters. A transparent caseback provides a chance to admire Manufacture Breitling Caliber 01, probably the world’s finest automatic chronograph movement, entirely developed and produced in the Breitling Chronométrie workshops and chronometer-certified by the COSC (Swiss Official Chronometer Testing Institute) – the highest benchmark in terms of precision and reliability, and the only one based on an international norm. This larger-than-life take on the legend is fitted with a choice between a steel bracelet and a leather or crocodile strap. It also comes in a 200-piece red gold limited edition with a black dial.

Breitling decided to think big in creating this chronograph with a traveller’s soul. User friendliness is guaranteed by the ingenious Manufacture Breitling Caliber B04, clearly visible through the transparent caseback and equipped with a dual timezone system boasting peerless functionality: simply pulling out the crown and turning it forwards or backwards in one-hour increments enables instant setting of the travel timezone date and hour – while maintaining a home-time display in 24-hour mode and without losing any precision in terms of the minutes. The large-format steel case with its imposing 48 mm diameter frames a perfectly readable instrument panel. The new Navitimer GMT comes with two faces – a classic dial in black with silver counters or an all silver version – and may be fitted with a steel bracelet or a leather or crocodile strap.
